My husband Matthew and our dog Hemingway, along with Roz (founder of Hopeful Hearts) and little Zoe are in the Nepean this Week paper. Neat!

Roz Phelps, creator of Hopeful Hearts Rescue, holds Zoe while Mathew Ellis keeps an eye on Hemingway. They are the biggest and smallest dogs Hopeful Hearts has ever rescued. Hemingway or Hemi as his friends call him got his chance to see Santa on Nov. 20 at 50 Bellman Dr. Pet owners were encouraged to bring their pets to have their pictures taken with the proceeds going to Hopeful Hearts Rescue. Hemi was rescued after being discovered as part of a puppy mill in Montreal and has now found a home with Ellis. Zoe is still up for adoption.
